The Castel Victoria Hotel is altogether different from other hotels. Each area has its own ambiance to suit your mood and the time of day. Castel Victoria is definitely not a standard hotel; you will, in fact, experience the first lounge hotel in France, a unique concept - Its reception area is located in the "Churchill" library-lounge embellished by its timeless "Chesterfield" sofas and English club style armchairs.
"Zen" nights
25 bedrooms designed in a contemporary style and painted in either sandy, burgundy, ocean blue, khaki or chocolate colour tones give you a pleasant «cocooning» feeling. Inspired by the new breed of conceptual hotels in New York, London or Berlin, most bathroom spaces have been cleverly incorporated into the bedrooms to enhance the feeling of comfort and well-being. Conducive to relaxation, a reading room, a billiards room, a welcoming terrace and a Zen garden are there for you. If you fancy a drink, you can sit at a table in the "Mood" bar lounge and tea room.
The "Mood": a colourful introduction
As soon as you enter the Castel Victoria, you are immersed in the décor of the "Mood" bar, the centrepiece of the hotel, with its paintings from local artists. You can sit at the bar under the blue neon lights or on the lounge sofas to sip a hot drink or even a glass of Champagne...
Upcoming events
Do you like music and having fun with friends? The Mood’s Bar is the perfect venue. Concerts are organised every over Saturday every month from 18:30 to 21:30 hours, showcasing different types of music such as jazz, pop, soul or traditional French music.
